• Upload a reference image or tell us that you need help compiling the song information

⧫YOUR DESIGN PROOF⧫
• A digital proof will normally be sent within 3–5 business days after we receive all required information. Please review all names, dates, song titles, spelling, and layout carefully.
• One reasonable revision is included. Production begins only after you approve the design. Changes requested after approval may not be possible.
• Reference images and song information

If you have a photograph or scan of the concert setlist, upload it with your order. If you do not have a reference, we can use publicly available performance information to create an original commemorative layout.

Customer-supplied reference material is used to understand the concert details and requested visual direction. We do not guarantee an exact facsimile of an original handwritten document.

⧫SETLIST LAYOUT OPTIONS⧫
Every Concert Archive piece is designed specifically around your concert memory. Choose the layout that best tells the story of your show.

Option 1 — Handwritten Archive

Designed from a clear, customer-provided handwritten setlist reference. This option preserves the organic character of the source while adapting it into polished wall art.

Option 2 — Reference-Guided

Uses a setlist photo or screenshot you provide to guide the overall structure and character of the design. Adjustments may be made to improve readability, balance and print presentation.

Option 3 — Block Style

A structured, modular layout that works especially well for tours, festivals, multi-night runs and projects containing larger amounts of text.

Option 4 — Traditional

A timeless two-column concert setlist layout. This is an excellent choice for longer setlists and a classic archival presentation.

Option 5 — Centered

A clean, modern one-column layout with centered typography and generous spacing. Ideal for a simple, minimalist presentation.

Reference images are used as design guides. Your finished artwork will be a newly created interpretation and may be adjusted for legibility, composition and your selected product format. Please submit only reference material you have permission to use.

⧫DESIGN SCOPE⧫
Standard customization is included. Requests requiring extensive restoration, multiple source documents, a complete redesign, or unusually complex artwork may require separate approval before work begins.

Official logos, album artwork, copyrighted photographs, and other protected graphics will not be included unless you own the necessary rights or have permission to use them.

⧫PRODUCTION & DELIVERY⧫
Design time is separate from production and shipping. Your first proof is normally provided within 1–2 business days. Print production begins after approval, and delivery time then varies by product format and destination. The checkout estimate applies to production and transit after design approval.

⧫MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY⧫
Work may be canceled before design work begins. Once a proof has been prepared, design work has started. Once the proof is approved and production begins, cancellations or change-of-mind returns cannot be accepted.

If the finished product arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us promptly with photographs so we can help in accordance with our refund policy.
