Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Ready-to-order products generally require approximately 3–5 business days for production before shipment.

Custom and personalized products include a separate design and proof stage. Your first digital proof will normally be sent within 3–5 business days after we receive all required personalization details and reference materials. After you approve the proof, production generally requires an additional 3–5 business days, although product-specific production times may vary.

Design and proof time, production time, and shipping transit time are separate. Delays in receiving required information, revision instructions, or proof approval will extend the overall order timeline. Tracking information will be sent as soon as each item ships.

Please note that our orders are shipped as soon as they are completed. If you have multiple items in your order, they may ship at different times.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. PrintWorksByNorton is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are the customer's responsibility.
