HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose your format, size, and frame option where applicable.
2. Enter the artist or band and song title.
3. Add the names exactly as you would like them to appear.
4. Add an optional date and personal message.
5. Choose a listed color style or describe your preferred color direction.
6. We create your custom design and send a digital proof for your approval before production.

No lyric copy-and-paste is required. Simply tell us the song you want to use and we will prepare the lyric composition as part of the design process. Your digital proof gives you the opportunity to review the wording, spelling, layout, and overall design before anything is produced.

If you want a specific version of a song, alternate wording, live-performance variation, or another special detail, you are welcome to include that information with your personalization notes.

YOUR DIGITAL PROOF
Your first digital proof will normally be sent by email within 3–5 business days after we receive your complete personalization details.

Please review the artist, song title, lyric wording, names, date, message, spelling, colors, layout, and overall composition carefully. One reasonable revision is included, and we recommend combining any requested adjustments into one clear response.

The included revision covers reasonable adjustments such as spelling, personalization, color, spacing, or minor layout changes. A different song, entirely new concept, or substantial redesign may require additional approval.

Production begins only after you approve the proof. Changes requested after approval may not be possible.

Production cannot begin until the proof is approved, so delays in proof approval will also shift the estimated production and delivery timeline.

LYRIC LENGTH & DESIGN
Every song is different. Typography, spacing, line breaks, and the amount of lyric text displayed may be adjusted as needed to preserve readability and maintain the heart-shaped composition. Your proof will show the final proposed arrangement before production.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
Design and proof time is separate from production and shipping. After proof approval, production generally takes an additional 3–5 business days. Shipping transit begins after production and varies by product format and destination. Tracking information will be sent when your order ships.

Any delivery estimate shown at checkout does not include the initial design and proof period.

DESIGN SCOPE
Standard personalization and composition are included. Requests involving extensive restoration, multiple design concepts, custom illustration, complex photo work, or a complete redesign may require separate approval before work begins.

Official logos, album artwork, copyrighted photographs, and other protected graphics will not be included unless the necessary rights or permission are available.

CARE
• Posters and framed posters: gently remove dust with a clean, dry cloth.
• Canvas and framed canvas: gently wipe dust with a clean, slightly damp cloth.

MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY
Work may be canceled before design work begins. Once a proof has been prepared, design work has started. Once the proof is approved and production begins, cancellations or change-of-mind returns cannot be accepted.

If the finished product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from the approved design, contact us promptly with photographs so we can help in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Replacements Policy.
