CUSTOM CONCERT SETLIST HOODIE
ANY BAND • ANY SHOW • ANY TOUR
Relive the show. Wear the memory.
Some concerts become part of your story — your first show, your 100th, a bucket-list tour, an anniversary, a birthday trip, a road trip with friends, or one unforgettable night you never want to forget. Turn that memory into a personalized Concert Archive hoodie designed around the show that means something to you.
Each hoodie is custom designed using your concert details and our curated Concert Archive design system. You choose the back setlist style, setlist font when applicable, Front Archive Mark, print color, and any optional Archive Note or special instructions. This is a physical, made-to-order product — not a digital download.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose your hoodie color and size.
2. Enter the artist or band, show date, city, and venue or festival.
3. Choose your Back Setlist Style.
4. If you select Original Source Recreation, upload your original setlist reference or ask us to check whether a suitable source is available for your show.
5. If you select one of our PWN-designed layouts, choose your Setlist Font.
6. Choose your Front Archive Mark. Depending on the mark selected, you may be asked for an additional tour name or short custom request.
7. Choose White Print or Black Print for the setlist and front design.
8. Add an optional Archive Note or Special Instructions.
9. We create your custom design and send a digital proof for your approval before production.
Production begins only after you approve the proof. Your proof gives you the opportunity to review the concert details, setlist wording and order, Back Setlist Style, Setlist Font when applicable, Front Archive Mark, Archive Note, print color, placement, and overall composition before anything is produced.
BACK SETLIST STYLE OPTIONS
1 — Original Source Recreation
Our most authentic option. When a suitable original setlist reference is available, we recreate its visual character while carefully preparing it for garment printing. Handwriting or original typography, spacing, notes, corrections, strike-throughs, markings, encore breaks, and natural irregularities are preserved whenever practical. The source artwork is cleaned, isolated from the paper or background, strengthened where needed for printing, and converted to your selected White Print or Black Print. Because the original source determines the typography, a separate Setlist Font is not selected for this style.
If you already have a clear photo, screenshot, or PDF of the original setlist, upload it with your personalization details. If you do not have one, you can ask us to check whether a suitable source is available for your show. If no suitable source can be found, we will work with you to select one of the PWN-designed setlist layouts instead.
2 — Archive Block
A bold, graphic, poster-inspired PWN layout. The design uses a strong show or tour heading with the city, venue, and date directly beneath it, followed by a structured block setlist. Longer setlists can be arranged in two columns to preserve readability and make better use of the printable back area. This is the most graphic of the PWN-designed options.
3 — Classic Columns
A balanced two-column layout designed especially for longer concert setlists. The arrangement prioritizes readability, visual balance, and efficient use of the back print area while maintaining a clean archival presentation.
4 — Centered Minimal
A refined single-column layout with restrained spacing and a clean, modern presentation. This option uses more breathing room and minimal decoration for a subtle, designer-garment feel.
For the three PWN-designed layouts, the design hierarchy, spacing, metadata styling, dividers, encore treatment, and overall composition remain part of the Concert Archive system. Your selected Setlist Font changes the character of the song-list typography without disrupting the underlying layout.
SETLIST FONT OPTIONS
Setlist Font applies to Archive Block, Classic Columns, and Centered Minimal. It does not apply to Original Source Recreation.
• Clean — Oswald SemiBold: condensed, modern, and highly readable
• Typewriter — Courier Prime Bold: classic typewriter character with strong garment readability
• Handwritten — Caveat Bold: organic handwritten energy with sturdy strokes
• Classic — Roboto Slab SemiBold: structured serif typography with an archival feel
• Marker — Linotype Feltpen Medium: casual marker character with a personal, hand-drawn feel
FRONT ARCHIVE MARK OPTIONS
The small front design is built within the same Concert Archive visual system so the front and back feel intentional and connected.
• Artist Mark: artist initials or abbreviation paired with the year
• City Mark: city paired with the year
• Venue Mark: venue paired with the show date
• Tour Mark: tour name paired with the year
• Show Badge: artist, city, and show date combined into a compact archive-style mark
• Custom Archive Mark: a short customer-requested concept formatted within the established Concert Archive design system
If you choose Tour Mark, enter the tour name when prompted. If you choose Custom Archive Mark, enter a short request such as “Show #100,” “My First Show,” or “Dad & Me.” We use your wording as the starting point while retaining control of the final layout so the mark stays consistent with the overall design system.
DESIGN PRINT COLOR
Choose the print color used for both the back setlist and front design:
• White Print: recommended for darker garment colors
• Black Print: recommended for lighter garment colors
ARCHIVE NOTE & SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
Add an optional short Archive Note to make the design even more personal. Examples include:
• My First Show

You can also use Special Instructions for layout preferences, corrected song order, special wording, or other details you want us to consider during design.

YOUR DIGITAL PROOF
Your first digital proof will normally be sent by email within 3–5 business days after we receive your complete personalization details and any required source reference.
Please review the artist or band, city, venue, date, setlist wording and order, Back Setlist Style, Setlist Font when applicable, Front Archive Mark, Archive Note, print color, spelling, placement, and overall composition carefully. One reasonable revision is included, and we recommend combining any requested adjustments into one clear response.
The included revision covers reasonable corrections or minor adjustments such as spelling, concert details, personalization, color, spacing, placement, or layout. A different source image, entirely new concept, multiple alternate concepts, or substantial redesign may require separate approval.
Production begins only after you approve the proof. Changes requested after approval may not be possible.
Production cannot begin until the proof is approved, so delays in proof approval will also shift the estimated production and delivery timeline.
