HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose your T-shirt color and size.
2. Enter the artist, band, or tour.
3. Enter the city, venue, and show date.
4. Choose your font, front logo, and setlist style.
5. Add optional Archive Notes or special instructions.
6. If you have an original setlist reference image, include it through the available personalization or upload field, or follow the reference-image instructions provided with your order.
7. We create your custom design and send a digital proof for your approval before production.
Production begins only after you approve the proof. Your proof gives you the opportunity to review the concert details, setlist wording, spelling, front logo, font, Archive Notes, colors, placement, and overall layout before anything is produced.
SETLIST STYLE OPTIONS
Option 1 — Original Handwritten Recreation
Available for eligible Pearl Jam performances when a clear reference image of the original handwritten setlist is available. The design is recreated to preserve the visual character of the source, including handwriting, edits, notes, corrections, and natural imperfections where practical.
Option 2 — Source Match
Designed from a clear original setlist photo or screenshot, with the goal of preserving the source layout and visual character as closely as practical.
Option 3 — Block Style
A structured layout that works especially well for tours, festivals, multi-night runs, and larger amounts of text.
Option 4 — Traditional
A timeless two-column concert setlist layout with a balanced, classic presentation.
Option 5 — Centered
A clean one-column layout with a modern, minimalist presentation.

ORIGINAL SOURCE RECREATIONS
If you have a clear photo or screenshot of an original setlist, it can be used as a design reference when appropriate. For eligible Pearl Jam performances, the Original Handwritten Recreation option can preserve the character of the handwritten source where practical.
If no original source image is available, your custom setlist can be created using the concert information you provide and reliable publicly available setlist information when available. If a specific version, song order, note, or other detail matters to you, include it with your personalization information so it can be reflected in the proof.
FRONT LOGO & ARCHIVE NOTES
Your personalized front logo can incorporate combinations of the year, date, city, venue, tour name, coordinates, or band initials, depending on the logo style you select.
Archive Notes add another layer of meaning beneath the front logo. Examples include:

YOUR DIGITAL PROOF
Your first digital proof will normally be sent by email within 3–5 business days after we receive your complete personalization details and any required source reference.
Please review the artist or band, city, venue, date, setlist wording and order, front logo, font, Archive Notes, spelling, colors, placement, and overall composition carefully. One reasonable revision is included, and we recommend combining any requested adjustments into one clear response.
The included revision covers reasonable corrections or minor adjustments such as spelling, concert details, personalization, color, spacing, placement, or layout. A different source image, entirely new concept, multiple alternate concepts, or substantial redesign may require separate approval.
Production begins only after you approve the proof. Changes requested after approval may not be possible.
Production cannot begin until the proof is approved, so delays in proof approval will also shift the estimated production and delivery timeline.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
Design and proof time is separate from production and shipping. After proof approval, production generally takes an additional 2–5 business days. Shipping transit begins after production and varies by destination. Tracking information will be sent when your order ships.
Any delivery estimate shown at checkout may not include the initial design and proof period.
DESIGN SCOPE
Standard personalization and composition are included. Requests involving extensive restoration, multiple design concepts, custom illustration, complex image work, or a complete redesign may require separate approval before work begins.
Official logos, copyrighted photographs, album artwork, and other protected graphics will not be included unless the necessary rights or permission are available.
CARE
• Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with similar colors.
• Use mild detergent and avoid fabric softener.
• Use non-chlorine bleach only when needed.
• Tumble dry low or hang dry.
• Cool iron inside-out if needed; do not iron directly over the printed decoration.
• Do not dry clean.
MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY
Work may be canceled before design work begins. Once a proof has been prepared, design work has started. Once the proof is approved and production begins, cancellations or change-of-mind returns cannot be accepted.
If the finished product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from the approved design, contact us promptly with photographs so we can help in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Replacements Policy.
